What's happening at Nature Center Preschool May 2008 In the month of May we will be going outside
and enjoying the nice weather. We have been out on a couple of days with light
drizzle and the children really enjoy being out in different kinds of weather.
We will be talking about seeds and how plants grow as well as going out to see
the gardens around the Center come alive with color. We will be searching for
interesting bugs and taking a close look at Earth’s natural composters, worms.
On Wednesday, May 21, Nature Center Preschool will be holding its first art show
opening reception from 6-7:30 pm. It is not necessary to be in attendance for
the whole hour and a half. This is a drop in and leave when you like event!
There will be light refreshments such as fruit, crackers, and juice. We will be
holding a celebration for children with summer birthdays this month and
end-of-the-year picnics are being planned. If you think this year went by fast,
you’re right! We have really enjoyed teaching your children and we thank all the
parents for your great support! |
