On the Trails

Welcome to the trails at the Nature Center.  Our trails wind through a wooded wetland, over bridges, and through old, grown-over pastures.  You can also connect to conservation land around Jacobs Pond by following the Woodchuck Trail through Woodchuck Field and across Jacobs Lane.  There are maps at the information desk, and all the trails are marked with colored discs on trees at the edge of the trails.  Please do not walk dogs on our trails.  You can walk dogs around Jacobs pond, but remember to bring a bag and scooper.
