Growing Up WILD: Exploring Nature with Young Children is an early childhood
education activity guide that builds on children’s sense of wonder about nature
and invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them. Workshop
participants will receive a copy of the guide and certificate of completion.

MITS Summer Institute
The Science Center is partnering with educational organizations to offer a two
week (July 6-16) MITS Summer Institute for upper elementary and middle school
teachers. The workshop: Interactions in the Sciences: Observe, Investigate,
Explain, will teach methods of using science inquiry in the classroom. More
